Robert Thomas Conway, Jr. (born November 28, 1974 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) also known as The Con Man is a professional wrestler currently performing for World Wrestling Entertainment's RAW brand. Formerly a member of the heel tag team La Résistance, which was broken up after partner, Sylvain Grenier, was traded to SmackDown! in 2005's Draft Lottery. Conway has remained as a heel, but has a new look which is somewhat reminiscent of Buff Bagwell.
